We have an exciting opportunity to join our Albany based Support Centre as an Article Master Data Specialist . This permanent full‑time role focuses on maintaining and onboarding product master data and digital assets across multiple merchandise systems.

Responsibilities

• Loading master data to support new launches and promotions
• Maintaining and updating all master data and digital assets
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with users who create and maintain the data sources
• Develop, support and advocate for workflows and processes impacted by product master data
• Perform regular quality checks on the data, images, digital assets and collateral submitted
• Provide training where required
