• Position Overview :
• As the Technical Sales Manager you’ll get to work with our market leading software.The key objective is to increase the penetration of Tekla Software titles into our customers' structural design & detailing BIM workflows and delivery of revenue targets, and promote our new cloud based Tekla Subscription products. The role primarily spans across Tier one & Main Contractors along with various SME contractors covering concrete pouring companies, rebar fabrication, scaffolding & temporary works. Reporting into the Country Manager, you’ll also work closely with your colleagues in Marketing, Technical Support and Lead Development.
• What you’ll be doing :
• Explore and develop new market opportunities within the Contractor industry.
• Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships.
• Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute individual plans to land new customers.
• Controlling the network of local business partners.
• Follow up all activities related to the sales process.
• Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors, communicating accordingly.
• Represent Trimble at industry events as required and build value added relationships with customers, industry associations and technology partners.
• What Skills Qualifications and Experience You’ll Need :
• Proven successful track record in New Logo Sales within the local construction industry.
• Consistent delivery of revenue based targets.
• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Professional level Bahasa & English language skills.
• Good analytical approach to problem solving.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Must have a commitment to excellence and providing high quality services.
