Graduate Valuer - Takapuna (Start Asap)

Join Opteon as a Graduate Valuer in Takapuna, assisting qualified valuers in property valuation tasks within a leading valuation insights firm.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Assist qualified Valuers with in-field inspections, building consents, subdivisions, and customer service requests

Work within the Government & Advisory team

Support various valuation-related tasks as part of a 12-month fixed term role

Opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate

About You

The company is looking for :

Recently completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent

Genuine interest in property valuations

Confident verbal communication and report writing skills

A positive and professional manner

High degree of computer proficiency

Current Driver's license
