Our network is growing exponentially so we have considerableopportunities for clinicians experienced in ADOS assessments.All Psicon associate ADOS clinicians will need to hold HCPCregistration.About usPsicon is aspecialist neurodevelopmental service working both privately and with variousNHS trusts to provide autism and ADHD assessments.

We are an independentorganisation, but most of our work is for the NHS, whom we are proud tosupport.

Assessments are carried out by our team of associate clinicians from arange of clinical backgrounds, in satellite clinics across the country andremotely.

We take an innovative approach to the delivery of ourservices and ensure that they are of the highest standards in the industry.Job responsibilitiesResponsibilities : Carrying out high-quality ADOS assessments, as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people.Effectively communicating with neurodiverse children and young people and their families.

Competitive per assessment rates, outside IR35.Regular supervision and opportunities to enhance your assessment skills.Training opportunities such as Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings, ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and / or other CPD.Full administrative support for appointment schedulingAccess to free CPD sessions led by industry experts.A unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of children, young people, and their families navigating undiagnosed neurodiversity.Person SpecificationExperienceA high level of clinical skills as evidenced by peer review and ADOS reports.Evidence of incorporating Psicons core values of commitment, trust, integrity, and kindness into their work with others.Holds the ADOS-2 certification.Ideally experience across all ADOS modules including Bosa.Willingness to work flexibly across a range of clinic models, venues and days of the week.Good communication skills and level of IT literacy.An interest to advance professionally as evidenced by attendance, and contribution to the Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings and ADOS Q&A sessions, ADOS reliability meeting, and / or other CPD events within their professional clinical practice.Disclosure and Barring Service CheckThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order)
