Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry Hold a current Duty Manager certification Current valid visa to work in NZ (if not a NZ permanent resident or NZ citizen) Availability 40-45 hours per week (permanent contract) and available to work a flexible roster including weekends Proven track record of leading and managing successful teams Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere Calm under pressure Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, wines, bartending techniques, and great table service POS and cash up experience

What you'll be doing
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure high standards of service at all time
- Responsible for opening or closing the venue, knowledge of cash up procedures and reporting
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Be an outgoing approachable leader who motivates and encourages others
- Be an active and contributing member of our management team
