We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the reins at The Good Home Coast — our popular local gastro pub in the heart of Papamoa. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on team culture, operational excellence, and delivering top‑tier hospitality experiences.

As General Manager, you’ll oversee the entire venue from daily service and team performance through to financial management and future growth. You’ll be trusted with full responsibility for the venue’s success and supported by an engaged ownership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and manage a team across FOH and BOH
• Oversee all aspects of day‑to‑day operations
• Drive revenue, manage costs and deliver on financial targets
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences and local reputation
• Recruit, train and retain a high‑performing team
• Implement and refine systems, processes and service standards
• Work alongside the ownership team to shape the future of the venue
