Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by managing budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies.

Lead, coach, and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health, and compliance.

Build strong client relationships and exceed customer expectations.

Plan and execute catering for events and functions within the lounge.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in hospitality or catering environments.

Hospitality background essential - luxury hotel, restaurant, winery, high end dining.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills.

In‑depth knowledge of health, safety, and food safety principles.

A proactive, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.
