About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to carry out repair / maintenance work on a range of heavy off-road machinery, including loaders, material handlers, terminal tractors and forklifts. You’ll work in a fully equipped workshop with access to all the tooling and support you need to get the job done.

Status : Base $42.44 p / h Full-time, 4 on / 4 off roster, working hours 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Replacing / repairing machinery components
• Servicing machinery
• Diagnosing and repairing a variety of heavy loaders, excavators, forklifts & trucks
• Repairs to attachments, grapples & log heads

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who are Level 4 Trade Certified (preferably A grade). You should be familiar with hydraulic systems, have a verified history of working on heavy vehicles / machinery, hold a Minimum Class 2 License, and demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and in a small team environment with a positive can-do attitude.
