This is definitely no ordinary Finance Manager role, it is a fantastic role for someone stepping straight out of the Big 4 and into the commercial world for the first time. You will be mentored by others who have a similar background to you and who can help you develop your commercial skills.

The Finance Manager will play a key role in the management of the Company's finance function. As part of the role you will work with the wider finance team on the consolidation of the Company's financial data which is vital to the overall strategy of the business.

The Finance Manager will also play a meaningful role in the Company's evolution as a listed growth company with near term aspirations to drive scale globally. Beyond the operating support, you will be an important voice and collaborate with the finance leadership team analysing and monitoring key business performance metrics and providing real time insight into the financial position and health of the Company. You will also participate in both short-term and long-term business planning.

The ability to work with and where necessary manage a large and varied group of stakeholders is essential to this role. With important relationships across the Leadership Team and staff, this person will be a clear communicator that builds trust and motivates those around them to drive towards the Company's culture of performance, personal accountability and commitment.

Who Are You & What Is Your Profile?

This is the perfect role for someone who is fully CA / CPA and looking to step out of a Big 4 environment and into a commercially focused role. You will need to possess strong problem solving skills, you will thrive working autonomously and you will need to be a natural communicator who can interact with all levels of an organisation. Our client has a large finance team so there will be huge development opportunities for the right candidate in the years ahead, you will also be mentored by some very impressive individuals.

You’ll have an understanding of other commercial drivers outside of core finance and how they can affect business results and drive business performance. You will also have a natural affinity towards data and how it can affect business decisions. Our client will consider candidates who are at Manager / Senior Associate level in the Big 4 or alternatively those who have started their career in the Big 4 and have moved into industry already.
