This role focuses on elevating the digital presence and sales performance of a handmade ceramics business through strategic Instagram advertising. The successful candidate will analyze current ad campaigns, refine targeting, and enhance content to drive increased website traffic and sales. Working with a limited budget, you will be responsible for maximizing ROI and ensuring that marketing efforts align with the brand’s artisanal identity and e-commerce objectives.

Deliverables

Audit and optimize existing Instagram ad campaigns for improved performance and ROI
Develop and implement targeted ad strategies to reach relevant audiences interested in handmade ceramics
Create compelling ad content and visuals that reflect the brand’s unique style and offerings
Monitor campaign analytics, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights
Advise on best practices for integrating Instagram marketing with Shopify and other sales channels

Requirements

Proven experience managing and optimizing Instagram ad campaigns, ideally for e-commerce or artisanal brands

Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad creative development, and budget management on Instagram

Proficiency with Shopify and social media analytics tools

Ability to create engaging visual and written content tailored to the handmade ceramics market

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Availability for a short‑term, project‑based engagement

Familiarity with the European market is a plus
