Overview

This is a unique role for product managers who prefer working with customers and guiding other product teams. Product management experience is essential, and you will focus on providing expert support to customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to help customers achieve their product goals.

Your experience

Requirements

You work hard and have a track record of positive impact in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You thrive when directly working with customers alongside a team of high achievers. You have recent experience in product management or a closely related role that involved building software. You prefer working with customers (rather than solely defining requirements and guiding development) and enjoy showcasing advanced technology to sophisticated customers. You also have :

  • Six+ years of experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company
  • Influenced or defined the go-to-market processes used to achieve product and business goals
  • Experience learning complex software applications and workflow methodologies
  • Ability to write clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices
  • Ability to independently resolve hard challenges

    Responsibilities

    If you want to be recognized as a product development expert, this role is for you. The Sr. Product Success Manager provides consultative support for the world’s best-known and most innovative companies. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Guiding the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software
  • Delivering responsive customer service using our proven frameworks
  • Guiding customers from initial demo to active subscription through procurement, legal, and security processes
  • Learning and sharing best practices for setting strategy, capturing ideas, prioritizing work, and creating visual roadmaps
  • Helping customers integrate Aha! software with their existing tools (e.g., development systems)
  • Sharing customer feedback internally
  • Testing new product functionality as needed
  • Mentoring newer team members as they lead demos and share best practices

  • The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $100,000 and $170,000
  • Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing with a retirement contribution
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans (premiums often covered by the company)
  • Up to 200 hours of paid time off per year

  • Annual education stipend with paid time off to learn
