About the Role
This Administration role services the Perioperative Surgical
Admission Units that admit patients for acute and elective operations from all
surgical specialties Monday to Friday.
With the support of clinical
kaimahi (staff), you will carry out tasks to tautoko (support) the clinical
kaimahi (staff) in the Perioperative Surgical Admission Units.
We are looking for an amazing administrator who is welcoming
and friendly.
If you can prioritise multiple work tasks, enjoy working in a
high-functioning kapa (team), and have a passion for arranging administration
tasks for our turoro (patients) we would like to hear from you.
Our ideal
candidate will have an eye for detail, and once you understand the tasks and
systems can be self-directed.

with a variety of patient management systems
all information is collated, patient records are complete and managed
