With a brand-new centre set to open, we are seeking a motivated, capable, and inspiring Centre Manager to lead this exciting new venture with a licence of 50 children (from 2 to 5 years old). This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture, team, and learning environment from the ground up, with full support from a dedicated and experienced leadership team. Our new centre will offer a large, purpose-built, and beautifully designed learning environment, guided by a strong curriculum and a philosophy inspired by Reggio Emilia.

As the Centre Manager, you will champion this philosophy and lead your team with vision, heart, and professionalism.

We’re Looking for Someone Who :

• Is inspired by the Reggio philosophy
• Has experience building and leading a new team
• Ideally has experience in setting up a new centre or launching new initiatives
• Has experience leading a team working with 2–5-year-olds
• Holds a Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching (ECE) – Level 7, with current teacher registration
• Demonstrates excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
• Brings a strong background in early childhood leadership
• Is committed to the principles of Te Whāriki and maintaining high-quality practice standards
• Is familiar with Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria (2008), and the Code of Ethics
• Understands how to build and maintain strong occupancy levels
• Brings innovation, resilience, enthusiasm, and a deep passion for early childhood education
