Tēnei tūranga - About the Role :

As the Strategic Lead Finance Programmes, you’ll provide expert leadership in managing critical projects and delivering technical advice across Finance and Performance, directly influencing high-impact work and implementing key strategic financial frameworks.

You will spearhead non-BAU and project initiatives to embed strategic financial management strategies, providing crucial leadership and technical expertise across Finance and Performance, with significant influence over key deliverables.

  • Extensive experience leading and delivering large, intricate projects and strategies with robust governance and significant business impact.
  • Highly skilled in overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in project, operational, or business performance-focused leadership roles.
  • Sound technical knowledge encompassing scheduling, scope management, financial control, and benefits realisation.

  • Proven leader who builds positive relationships with their people and key stakeholders.
  • Charted Accountant or equivalent with 7 years post qualification experience
  • Must have legal right to live and work in NZ
