Working Location : One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours :

• am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday),
• am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Overview

HR Officer role based in One North.

Contract position with possible extension / conversion.

Working hours as listed.

Responsibilities

Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement

Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving HR data for existing staff in myHR

Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR

Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services

Ensure records in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards

Adhoc duties as per assigned

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in processing of HR records / data

Able to manage high-volume activities and handle data confidentiality

Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities

IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data

Organized, meticulous and proactive
