Proven experience in asset finance lending or business / commercial banking

Solid understanding of credit risk and financial analysis - confident in managing credit assessments and guiding customers through the onboarding process

Strong negotiation and communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service

Experienced in building and maintaining meaningful partnerships that drive positive outcomes
