Make your mark on Northland's roads and join Fulton Hogan and join our team as a Stakeholder and Communications Manager . Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be the key point of contact between the NOC team, Waka Kotahi, and our stakeholders.

In a ddition to the above you will :

• Regularly visit worksites, local businesses, clients and other external stakeholders to actively build relationships.
• Ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with timely information regarding project impacts and that complaints are logged and managed.
• Hear stakeholder feedback, capture feedback, and assist in minimising any potential negative impacts or disruptions to relevant parties.
• Produce, organise, coordinate distribution and gain client approval for all external project communications e.g. email updates, letters, fliers, adverts, direct stakeholder queries.
• Write, edit and publish written communication to external stakeholders, to keep stakeholders updated regarding Fulton Hogan works.
• Monitor external media for any issues related to relevant divisional projects and elevate where required.
