Shape the future of Chubb Life’s products, pricing, and performance. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (Group Finance), this high‑impact leadership role sits at the heart of our strategy, driving commercial and customer outcomes through insight, influence, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Chubb Life’s product and pricing strategy — from design to delivery.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to drive growth and customer value.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team with clear goals and standards.
• Ensure products remain competitive, compliant, and commercially sound.
• Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all product lines.
