Monday : 7.30am – 4pm
Tuesday : 7.30am – 4pm
Wednesday : 9.30am – 6pm
Thursday : 7.30am –
Friday : 7.30am – 4pm
Saturday : 7.30am – 1pm (one in three weekends)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
Managing patient information and medical records
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying and ordering supplies
Handle office and financial procedures
Navigate software systems confidently
Coordinate staffing and communications with external providers and contractors
Skills And Experience
Proactive and personable with a passion for patient care
Previous experience in a medical receptionist / administrator or similar customer service role
A friendly disposition with a compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Clear understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy protocols
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Strong computer literacy with a proficiency in computer systems and medical software (Medtech preferred, but not essential)
