Intermediate Project Manager - Consultancy

The culture is social, team-oriented, and aspirational.Due to growth, they are now seeking an intermediate-level project manager.The role will see you being supported by a senior project manager and receiving appropriate mentoring.

Typically, you will need to be able to : Establish the project by appointing consultants, producing feasibility studies, monitoring all statutory processes, and advising on procurement options.Manage the construction phase, overseeing QA / risk, financial reporting, budget management / cost control, programming, defects list, remedial works, and various project reports.Manage stakeholders and conduct or chair meetings.As a project manager, you should come from a project management consultancy and have 3-5 years of NZ-based experience involved in projects across industries such as aged care, high-rise residential, health, education, utilities, and rail.

A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Building Science is essential.

Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude, and passion for your work are vital.
