What You Will Be Doing

• Managingthe culinary operations reporting directly to the Head Chef / General Manager of the Resort, including supervising the culinary brigade and overseeing services.
• Beresponsiblefor providing high quality dishes, fromconcept creation,preparation, cooking, right through topresentation, at thehighest standard.
• Prepare and present menuitems showingvarietyandflair, delivering anexcitingandprofitableproduct.
• Order, maintain and manage stockand par levels whilereducing wastage.
• Assist inroster preparationand managing manning levels in line with budget requirements.
• Maintain strictfood hygiene and safetyensuring all workstations are tidy and equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned in line with protocols and procedures.
