Join a brand new Contact Centre - full time opportunity with Super Retail Group, owner of BCF, Macpac, rebel and Supercheap Auto.
Based at the Auckland Distribution Centre, you will be part of a dynamic inbound contact centre supporting four brands via calls, emails and chat.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls, emails and chat enquiries for four brands, before and after purchase
Provide instantaneous, friendly and exceptional customer service to help customers make the most of their leisure time
Work in a collaborative environment to resolve enquiries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience
What Will Make You Successful
Great customer service experience with a passion for helping people and solving problems
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a good phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
High attention to detail and typing accuracy for emails and web chat
Positive attitude prioritising customers and team decisions
Willingness to work in a fast-paced but fun, energetic, vibrant team culture
Call centre experience is desirable but not essential; retail experience and a passion for the outdoors are ideal
