Are you organised, proactive, and enjoy being at the heart of a busy operations team? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our Auckland depot in Avondale, supporting our field staff, contractors, and suppliers while keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role where your attention to detail and organisational skills make a real difference every day. We are a fast‑growing, people‑focused company delivering high‑quality field operations across Auckland. Our team is passionate about safety, efficiency, and innovation. As our Office Administrator, you will be the hub connecting our depot, operations, and field staff – helping the team perform at its best.

What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for field staff, contractors, suppliers, and visitors
  • Manage reception duties, appointment scheduling, office communications, and events
  • Process Purchase Orders, invoices, and liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain fleet records, stock levels, and depot maintenance schedules
  • Support document creation, procedures, reporting, and training records
  • Help ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2-3 years experience in an administration or office coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and willingness to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a wider team
  • Experience with G‑Suite or data tools (SQL, Qlik, SSRS)
  • Background in operations, sales, or technology support
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse or field operations environment
