We’re looking for our first Head of Insights , a foundational leader who will shape how we understand, learn from, and support the global community of creatives who rely on our platform every day. What You’ll Do

Build a Cohesive Insights Function

• Shape and lead a unified insights capability across Product, Marketing, Growth and Analytics, creating a single, trusted source of truth that aligns teams around shared metrics and priorities.
• Bring analysts, data specialists and researchers together into a high‑performing team, establishing consistent standards, a clear operating rhythm and scalable self‑serve foundations.
