About the role

Our market leading Projects and Real Estate department is looking for a senior associate to join our Wellington team, led by partners Toni Forrest and Mathew Brown.

This team works on some of the most significant and exciting commercial real estate, construction and infrastructure projects in New Zealand. They advise clients on a broad range of construction, development and infrastructure projects, as well as acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, commercial leasing matters and other property related matters. What sets them apart is their commercial and pragmatic approach, supporting clients to achieve their goals.

We are looking for an experienced senior lawyer who has both the drive and ambition to get things done and the personal qualities to fit in well with our team and client base who enjoy working together and making a difference.
