We want your leadership
We’re looking for an accomplished Corporate People & Capability Director to lead our Group‑wide people and culture strategy across New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Tonkin + Taylor attracts, develops, and retains great people. You’ll work with leadership to strengthen the People & Capability functions across our operating companies, building a cohesive, values‑led approach that enables our people to perform and thrive.
You’ll lead a small team of direct reports and work in close partnership with other senior P&C leaders across the operating businesses, ensuring alignment and delivering high‑quality, fit‑for‑purpose people practices. This is an opportunity to apply your strategic, commercial, and people leadership expertise within one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most trusted professional services organisations.
