Our client, a respected non-bank lender, are looking for a detail-driven lending professional to join their team as a Loans Analyst and contribute to the assessment and execution of quality lending opportunities across owner-occupied, investment, and development lending.THE ROLEAssess and process home loan applications for owner-occupied and investment lendingContribute to the preparation of loan offers and instructions to solicitorsCheck documentation and assist with settlements and renewalsHelp manage client files, the loan pipeline, and reportingSupport the BDM team and Adviser network in delivering great customer outcomesEnsure compliance across all lendingABOUT YOU2+ years' experience in home lending, ideally across both owner-occupied and investment lendingExposure to development finance and commercial lending, including reading QS reports, understanding consents, and working with FESOs preferred but not essentialExcellent analytical and communication skills, with sound judgment and attention to detailConfidence working in a fast-paced, high-trust environmentA proactive mindset with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional serviceIf you would like to joina leading non-bank lender and work with a supportive manager in a role with growth, then we would love to hear from you.
