BDO - AUDIT

If you know that business is about more than the balance sheet and profit and loss statements, then this could be the team for you. Our audit specialists and technical experts focus on the bigger picture. BDO has one of Aotearoa’s largest dedicated audit teams.

BDO - Business Advisory

In Advisory, we work alongside businesses to help support and manage their financial needs. From basics such as tax compliance, day‑to‑day accounting requirements, payroll and preparing financial statements, to the more complex stuff such as growth strategies, tax planning and asset protection. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of business finance and make a real impact!

BDO - TAX

Tax touches all aspects of people’s lives. If you are creative and enjoy problem‑solving, then Tax is for you. Our team of tax specialists back businesses with practical, innovative and robust solutions. You will be responsible for an array of matters, from assisting individuals and liaising with Inland Revenue to complex cross‑border transactional work.

It’s OK if you’re not sure what service line you are most interested in just yet, you’ll learn more throughout the recruitment process.

BE FLEXIBLE

We understand that life happens outside of work and sometimes your schedule needs to shift. We offer flexible working arrangements to ensure you stay connected to your team and committed to your clients while also managing your personal responsibilities. Our Flexible working policy allows you to work your core hours between 10am – 3pm, and gives you the flexibility to make up the remainder of your hours when it suits. We also don’t believe in working more than a 37.5‑hour week. However, if you are ever required to work more than these hours then BDO Wellington will accommodate you for this.
