Or maybe you are currently operating as a Benefits Analyst and are looking for a change.MSD's Benefits Practice is seeking a talented Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic team in Wellington.The Benefits Analyst supports the effective realisation of programme benefits by ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and evaluation of both financial and non-financial outcomes.What we're looking for : Relevant experience or a recent graduate with strong, demonstrable technical skills in data analyticsAdvanced demonstrable Excel proficiency, including Power BI and data cube expertiseFinance or data analytics academic backgroundKeen to grow and develop in a mature public sector benefits environmentTechnical Requirements : Demonstrated high-level Excel skillsStrong data analytics and financial analysis capabilitiesOpportunity to work in one of the advanced benefits practices in the public sectorMentorship and professional developmentCutting-edge analytical tools and technologiesIf you're ready to launch your career in public sector benefits analysis, we want to hear from you!
