What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and brokers across New Zealand, supporting them by phone and email. Your day will include :

• Helping customers with quotes, changes to their policy, renewals, and general enquiries
• Providing timely and professional service to every customer
• Responding to customer and broker questions and following through on solutions
• Building and maintaining strong relationships
• Managing customer complaints in line with the Suncorp NZ framework

While you’ll gain exposure to core insurance knowledge and basic risk assessment, this role focuses on customer service and sales, giving you a solid foundation to grow your career.

Training and flexibility

Monday–Friday : 8 : 30am–6 : 30pm
