Overview
We're seeking a talented
Fixed Term Company Accountant to join our Finance team, to cover a 12-month period of Parental Leave
, based at our Commercial Bay office.
This exciting role will be responsible for leading finance activities for companies / subsidiaries within the Group.
What you'll be doing
Leading and coaching the development and performance of a Financial Services team.
You will be responsible for leading finance activity for companies / subsidiaries in collaboration with business unit management and administration teams, including :
Managing the execution of financial transactions.
Producing management and financial accounting reports monthly.
Reviewing budget submissions.
Statutory reporting and tax.
Preparation of analysis and commentary to provide users with an understanding of underlying drivers in support of financial and management reports produced.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and standard operating procedures across the finance group.
What you'll bring
4 or more years relevant experience in a similar or related finance role.
You will have a CA and / or equivalent qualification.
A high standard of work, demonstrating attention to detail and perseverance.
Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
A 'winning together' mindset through understanding the perspectives of others and maintaining strong bonds.
Exposure to large enterprise software would be preferred.
Experience working in an international marketplace will be advantageous.
