As Retail Sales Manager , you'll lead our retail tea m, b e r espo nsible for ou r r etai l st ore , and dri ving s ales o f our tourism experiences, including our exc lusi ve Trekking, Star G azing, and Glacier Explorer boat trips .

This role is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining merchandising standards, operational excellence, and fostering a team culture that reflects the values of the Hermitage and the spirit of Aoraki / Mount Cook .
