North Harbour Ford has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic Assistant Service Manager to join our team in Glenfield.

With the Automotive Industry in its biggest transformation period seen in years, this critical role, in liaison with the Service Manager, is a hands-on role in our service department where you will be required to lead a great team of Service Advisors to drive an exceptional customer experience, key productivity KPI's, and ensuring all customer requests are completed to the high standards that we aim for.

As an up-and-coming proven leader, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to supervise a busy team, offer exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, combined with the ability to balance the demands of a dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will have :

• Experience as an Advisor (5+ years' experience) or Assistant Service Manager
• Full clean driver's license & able to drive manual vehicles
• Confident decision-making and leadership abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to delegate
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Skills to lead a team and be highly motivated
• A strong team focus especially on health and safety
• Positive work ethic
• Proven customer experience and people skills
