Physical education and health teacher, fixed-term, start date, beginning of 2026

We seek an outstanding, passionate educator to work within our highly effective health and physical education department. The successful applicant will have curriculum expertise, and the capability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers, to achieve outstanding learning outcomes for our students in NCEA and Scholarship. We will consider applications that are EBTT as well as registered teachers. Please state other subjects.

Successful applicants will be expected to take a full part in the co-curricular life of the school.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the health and physical education programme to support student learning in NCEA and Scholarship.
• Collaborate with the health and physical education team to plan, deliver and assess curriculum.
• Provide classroom instruction that differentiates for varied student needs.
• Contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
