Pharmacy Retail Manager – Full‑Time | Unichem Ponsonby Pharmacy
Location : Ponsonby, Auckland
We are looking for a motivated Retail Manager to lead our busy community pharmacy. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well‑established business with a supportive team and loyal customer base, just minutes from Auckland CBD.
About the Role
- Oversee daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy.
- Lead and support a team of retail assistants to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Work closely with pharmacists, a naturopath, and dispensary staff to ensure seamless service.
- Help develop promotions and drive business growth.
