Overview

Massey University Foundation, Massey University’s charitable trust, is responsible for fundraising and stewarding donations to grow the institution’s endowment to $100 million by December 2027. The Foundation is seeking two additional Senior Development Managers who will work closely with the Director of Development to ensure the Foundation’s success, offering a fantastic opportunity for a philanthropic leader with significant principal gift experience.

Location : New Zealand, Manawatu – Palmerston (potential to work from Wellington or Auckland for the right candidate).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement fundraising initiatives.
• Identify, solicit, and cultivate high‑level relationships with external supporters, preferably in the health or education sectors.

Professional Grade 8 – NZ$96,565 – 129,699. Full‑time role.
