Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation and productivity for the Dispatch team (12 : 30-9 : 00pm shift, based in Highbrook).
- Guide and supervise the team by providing feedback and coaching support, delegating tasks, and using your initiative to help problem solve; escalate issues appropriately as they arise.
- Bring health and safety focus and strong operational knowledge to lead by example. Partner with the team to ensure a smooth dispatch operation and help customers get their orders in a timely and efficient process.
- Coordinate daily staff resourcing needs.
- Delegate workloads and tasks to drive productivity.
- Complete quality target checks.
- Identify process improvement opportunities; problem solve and be adaptable.
- Run and update reports and schedules.
- Ensure the team meets business expectations to support customers.
