Key Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain production documentation, including daily CCP record checks.

Conduct sampling and monitoring programs, working with internal teams and third-party laboratories.

Maintain and develop quality systems (SQM, RMP, FCP, HACCP, Forms, SOPs, SAP).

Assist with customer / export / import documentation, including Edec checks.

Manage ingredient and final product release, ensuring compliance with all quality standards.

Communicate effectively across departments to support production, logistics, and planning teams.

What You Will Bring

Proven Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing or a related industry.

2+ years' hands-on QA experience, with progression from junior to intermediate responsibilities.

Knowledge of quality systems (SQM, RMP, SAP, FCP, HACCP).

Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and testing procedures.

Strong attention to detail, excellent record-keeping, and clear communication skills.
