About the Role
We are seeking a proactive
Project Coordinator
to join a Facilities and Development Administration Team for a
6-month temporary
assignment starting
ASAP
Based in Takapuna with some work also in Henderson, you will provide essential support to the
Facilities team
and act as the first point of contact for stakeholders with facilities-related enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Key Qualifications
At least 2 years' facilities and / or project administration experience
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
High attention to detail and time management abilities
A professional, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude
Experience in a large or complex organisation
Facilities or property administration knowledge
Flexiblity to take on a variety of tasks
