Team leadership and operations role with a property management twist!

Join the team at our UniLodge property in Auckland.

Overview

We are seeking a Full-time Customer Service Manager to assist with customer service, property management tasks, administration and assisting with the leasing of our student apartments at Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation, Auckland.

This role combines front office reception, property management, and customer service, offering a supported learning environment.

Responsibilities

Full-time position – 40 hours per week across a Monday to Saturday rotating roster.

Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area

Assist with the ongoing property management of our student apartments

Undertaking administration and reporting tasks for the property

Handling leasing duties and facilitate rent arrears collection

Conduct room inspections

Assist residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being

Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.

Be an active member of the emergency response team during shift times

Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience

Taking the initiative to monitor and report concerns and / or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed

Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.)

About You

Resilient, motivated and hands on

Has a genuine focus and passion in delivering outstanding customer service experience and having a "we care" approach

Good computer, written and verbal communication skills are essential

Background in hospitality and / or student accommodation would be advantageous

Previous leader experience in accommodation industry

Experience in a University Environment (highly regarded)

Experience with property management systems (highly regarded)

Be culturally aware and have an understanding of different cultures

Police Vetting (must be willing to obtain)
