Overview

Your Impact :

  • Architect the Future : Build scalable, event-driven backend systems in Go that underpin our next-generation product and infrastructure.
  • Empower the Product : Partner closely with engineering, design, and science teams to create robust APIs and backend functionality that power customer-facing features.
  • Elevate Engineering : Shape best practices around testing, tooling, and automation that improve team velocity and reliability.
  • Influence the Experience : Translate performance goals into elegant technical solutions that meet real-world use cases—from data integrations to alerting workflows.

Your Expertise

  • 3+ years of backend engineering experience, including production Go development
  • Proven track record in product engineering roles at startups or growth-stage companies
  • Strong architectural intuition : experience with data modeling, API design, and schema strategy
  • Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time data flows
  • Solid foundation in relational databases and backend system design
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Svelte, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, or adjacent technologies
  • Experience with fatigue risk, performance analytics, or similar mission-critical domains
