Replenishment Operations Specialist – Woolworths Group

Schedule

Roster option 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday – 6 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain process flow for an assigned workstream.
  • Collaborate closely with your Team Leader and 'swarm' to ensure efficiency.
  • Ensure uninterrupted process completion and strict adherence to established guidelines.
  • Execute Operations & Stock Management : Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the "swarm" to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead on‑job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain Store Standards : Ensure all teams are filling to correct standards, prioritise shelf‑friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
  • Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely elevate process‑related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
  • Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team collaboration.
