Overview
Egmont Eco Leisure Park is an eco-friendly holiday accommodation park and backpackers situated in central New Plymouth. We have two exciting and challenging positions available incorporating Managerial and Receptionist and Caretaker / Cleaning duties. One Full time and One Part time.
Responsibilities
- As Manager or Part Time Manager you will be responsible for providing exemplary service to guests to ensure they have a great experience.
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the holiday park and backpackers, contributing to the efficient and effective provision of clean, comfortable, safe and secure accommodation for guests and optimal use of the holiday park throughout the year.
- Maintain clear communication channels with guests and keep the owner informed about key matters regarding the holiday park.
- Adhere to the mission, values and policies of Egmont Eco Leisure Park.
Qualifications & Attributes
Experience in leading the delivery, administration and / or management of customer-based services within the property.Experience in, or aptitude for, development and implementation of new business, marketing and sales initiatives.A leadership style that is inclusive and participatory, focused on outcomes and results.A team-working style that models responsiveness to guest and staff needs through respectful collaboration and open, direct communication, and fair, equitable use of delegated authority.Personal resilience and highly developed time and workload management skills.Outgoing with excellent communication skills for an international clientele. Direct liaison with the Group Managing Director with full training and backup provided. Remuneration commensurate with the successful applicant’s skills.
