We are a leading advertising company focusing on helping our clients achieve their sales goals in the NZ agriculture sector through effective & highly targeted advertising strategies. The ag sector is currently buoyant and is helping pull the country out of recession! We're expecting a very good 2026. This is an uncapped commission-only role (with an initial retainer whilst you get on your feet) that will suit someone with proven sales skills. Start mid-January (or by negotiation).

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Direct Phone Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients within our target market to close sales and achieve revenue targets. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients while utilising a proven sales system to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

We expect that you will communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions and continuously strive to improve sales techniques and achieve personal and team targets. You will also record and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

About you

Previous experience in sales is essential, as is resilience and a positive attitude! You must have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients as well as be results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should also have an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. You must have strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail as well as being competent using a computer.
