The Role :

While there will be an existing client base to manage, the focus for this role is growth. Growth from expanding share of wallet from existing customers, with plenty of upsell opportunities, as well as securing new accounts.  This means that you will need to get out of the office and talk to customers in your territory…… lots of them! And across all different industries!

We’re looking for a high energy salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and engaging with new businesses every day. This company has invested in some amazing go-to-market strategies. Skills, Experience and Attributes required :

A good mix of account management and new business sales experience .

Field based - face to face Sales  experience. (Sorry, this is not for someone who has been selling on the phones)

High energy, enthusiastic salespeople with upbeat, likeable personalities.

Someone who enjoys getting out of the office and meeting clients face to face.

Ensures, high service levels, making sure that customers are happy and SLA's are met.

Will actively pipeline customers who are on contracts, to revisit in the future.

A down to earth, roll up your sleeves attitude.

Hugely motivated to achieve, hit targets and earn commission.

Experience selling a service is a bonus - i.e. couriers, waste management, cleaning, hire, etc,

It would probably suit those who have 3-10 years' of sales experience,

A base salary of $80K + uncapped commission OTE $130K +
