As the Production Manager (Manufacturing), you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our manufacturing operations to produce high‑quality aluminium louvres and windows. You will drive production excellence by developing robust systems, managing resources, and implementing strategic improvements that align with our company's objectives of innovation, quality, and exceptional service.

- Develop and implement production strategies, systems, and processes for the manufacturing of high-quality aluminium louvres and windows, aligning with the company's objectives of innovation and exceptional service.
- Direct, supervise, and coordinate all manufacturing activities by monitoring production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation (both human and physical) to ensure on‑time delivery of products.
- Oversee the efficient operation of manufacturing plants and procedures, including the planning of preventative maintenance, designation of operating hours, and management of parts and tooling supplies.
- Analyze key production data related to logistics, production costs, margins, lead times, and personnel performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures throughout the production process to ensure all aluminium products consistently exceed customer expectations and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration across design, engineering, and project management functions.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and manage production budgets, forecasts, and performance targets, providing regular reports on operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in production methods, technology adoption, and safety protocols to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Record, analyse and report performance data from testing and installation to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards across all manufacturing operations, maintaining a safe and compliant working environment for all team members.
About You
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This critical role is responsible for transforming our design and engineering expertise into finished products of the highest quality. You will be the driving force behind our production efficiency, ensuring we meet our ambitious standards for innovation, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will lead a dedicated team and play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission and strategic growth.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required.Alternatively, a minimum of three years of professional experience in a Production Management or Manufacturing Leadership role will be considered in lieu of the formal qualification.Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S), and quality management systems within a manufacturing environment.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably in aluminium fabrication, precision metalwork, or fenestration (windows / doors) production.Demonstrated leadership capability with experience in mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of a diverse production team.Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in using production data and ERP / MRP systems to drive decision‑making and optimize performance.In‑depth understanding of Workplace Health & Safety regulations and a proven commitment to fostering a proactive safety culture.Remuneration and work location
