Territory Sales Manager – Auckland region (Out of Home & Grocery)

The opportunity

In this role, reporting to the National Business Manager for Route & Field and supported by the Regional Business Managers, you will be part of our high-performing sales team. You will engage with out-of-home and grocery retailers, creating awareness and identifying opportunities. This is a true sales position! This role could be based in Auckland or Hamilton.

Other key responsibilities include :

  • Effectively manage your region / customer base by developing strong relationships, creating win‑win outcomes across out‑of‑home and grocery retailers.
  • Cold calling new opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed individual and business sales targets by effectively managing in‑store execution and supplier agreements.
  • Maximise speed to market with new products and distribution of an existing portfolio of premium products.
  • Efficiently self‑manage your territory call cycle to ensure regular in‑store visits across all markets.
  • Support our out‑of‑home Territory operator network with high levels of communication.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Drive, motivation, resilience, and a strong passion for sales.
  • Proven ability in building professional relationships and strong sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • A skilled negotiator and problem solver with a ‘can do’ approach to solving problems.
  • Experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office software to a medium level (essential).
  • Experience in a sales role is an advantage.
