Butcher - Rolleston PAK'nSAVE

We’re looking for a Qualified Butcher to join our busy and dynamic Butchery Team at PAK’nSAVE Rolleston. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll use your trade skills and expertise to produce, present, and maintain a wide range of top‑quality meat products for our customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the butchery operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards every day.

This is a full‑time position , with rostered hours to be discussed with the successful applicant.

What the role involves :

• Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products to specification
• Ensuring all meat displays are presented to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Managing stock rotation, ordering, and assisting with stock control
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
• Working collaboratively as part of a skilled and motivated team
