What will I be doing?

As a Chef de Partie you will contribute to our guest's dining experience in the Restaurant.

Our guests expect an impeccable service whilst enjoying local and seasonal produce.

Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards :

Develop and delivery menus that ensures satisfaction

Produce consistent quality meals

Keep up to date with culinary trends

Supervise your section, including development of Team Members

Assist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control

What are we looking for?

In your new role, you will be working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow :

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or ready to take the next step in your career

Experience working in a fine dining restaurant

Ability to demonstrate creativity

Ability to plan and organise

Effective communication skills

Ability to supervisor, train, motivate and develop a team
