What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside the operations side of our business including transport / warehousing / manufacturing – so you will need to have a genuine interest in these areas and a willingness to learn.

Helping analyse the numbers, providing detailed analysis to the management team and explaining what the numbers mean.

Analysing financial data, trends and performance to provide insights into business operations and identify areas for improvement.

Problem solving - identifying and defining business problems and then recommending solutions to address them

Developing and using financial models to support business cases, evaluate potential investments, and forecast future performance.

Learning how the business works - spending time in other departments helping analyse and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and drive innovation within the organisation.

What We're Looking For

A degree in Engineering and Commerce with majors in Finance and Accounting

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and present information in an easy to understand way.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with other teams.

Ability in business analysis techniques, data analysis and "plain English" explanations of the numbers.

Passion for continuous learning and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
